Notary words

The Spanish Notary professionally intervenes in a multitude of legal acts and transactions, either because the law exceptionally requires them to be formalized in a public deed, as in the case of company incorporation, or generally because the law grants notarial documents significant legal effects. This is due to the necessary impartiality, legal expertise, and the fact that every Notary is a public official. And so the notarial deed is enforceable, it is full proof of the date and the fact of its execution, it is a guarantee of the identity and full legal capacity of the persons who sign it and that it has been entered into freely and voluntarily; and it is therefore a specially qualified document and as such is subject to registration in the Commercial Register or in the Land Register, as the case may be.
